TPK x Muhdo
Mudho approached The Performance Kitchen to produce 60+ short fitness and exercise videos with elite, International athletes and rugby players, which would form the core of the rugby side of their website and app. TPK produced and organised the shoot, booked the athletes, edited the videos, and created unique GFX packages for each video.
The athletes on the day included:
Eddie Hall (Worlds Strongest Man, 2017)
Samantha Quek (Olympic Hockey Gold, Rio 2016)
Joey Walker (Wiggins High 5 Cycle team)
Abbie Scott (England & Harlequins)
Emily Scott (England & Saracens)
Natasha Hunt (England & Lichfield)
Kate Newton (England & Bristol)
Billy Burns (Gloucester RFC)
Elliot Stooke (Bath RFC)
Lovejoy Chawatama (London Irish RFC)
Joe Cokanasiga (London irish RFC)
Sydney Gregson (England & Bristol)
With Muhdo, we also produce their video content for social media and their website.

Discreet & Delicious "Concentrated Nutrition"
A lot of the athletes who have come to the studio have used some unusual ingredients. To encourage fans of TPK to avoid food wastage, we teamed up with performance chefs Discreet & Delicious to create a range of recipes that were different to those the athletes made, but utilised the same ingredients.
