"I Run Like a Girl" Christmas Dessert

200g Oat Flour

35g Coconut Flour

35g Granulated Sweetner

125g Cashew Butter

125g Honey

45g Dried Cranberries

45g White Chocolate

2 tbsp Coconut Milk


1. Throw everything into a bowl & mix with your hands

2. Roll out 1cm thick cookies.

3. Leave overnight in the fridge to set.

4. Serve
