Ingredients (makes 6 balls)
1 tsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut milk
25g cashew nuts
50g strawberries chopped into small pieces
2 scoops Performance Kitchen Strawberry Plant Based Protein
2 tbsp lingon berry powder or ground almonds to coat balls
Blend oats, dates, syrup, milk and cashew nuts until smooth.
Stir in protein powder and chopped strawberries.
Roll into balls, add a little extra milk if mixture is too dry and crumbly. Add a little extra protein powder if mixture is too liquidy.
Roll balls in lingonberry powder or ground almonds to coat outside.
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days, if they make it that far!
