Fijian rugby international and former Harlequin, Netani Talei, came down to our studio to serve up one of the huge meals he used to enjoy when training & playing.
Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
2-3 Chicken Breasts
Dice the chicken into small pieces.
Cut all the vegetables, grate some cheese.
Cook off the chicken with the onions, mushrooms, tomato paste, salt & pepper.
Heat up the wraps.
In a wrap, add as much as you can fit in, including the grated cheese, feta, hummus, avocado, and pomegranate seeds.
