Chicken & Vegetable wraps

Fijian rugby international and former Harlequin, Netani Talei, came down to our studio to serve up one of the huge meals he used to enjoy when training & playing.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts

  • Peppers

  • Mushrooms

  • Brown Onion

  • Tomato Paste

  • Wraps

  • Cheese

  • Humus

  • Avocado

  • Mixed Salad

  • Feta Cheese

  • Pomegranate


  1. Dice the chicken into small pieces.

  2. Cut all the vegetables, grate some cheese.

  3. Cook off the chicken with the onions, mushrooms, tomato paste, salt & pepper.

  4. Heat up the wraps.

  5. In a wrap, add as much as you can fit in, including the grated cheese, feta, hummus, avocado, and pomegranate seeds.
