Healthy Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 6 x Green Chillis
  • 4 x Lean Meat London Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • A drizzle of Sunflower Oil
  • 5 x Tomatoes
  • Pinch of Cumin
  • Pinch of Garam Masala
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Caster Sugar
  • Pinch of Flaked Sea Salt
  • Low fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 x Green Pepper
  • Cornflour
  • Water

Recipe

  • Chop up all the chills & vegetables.
  • Cut up the chicken
  • Throw all the vegetables & Chilli into a pan with hot oil to begin cooking them off.
  • Throw in the chicken & spices.
  • Add water & cornflour to thicken.
  • Serve
