- -1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- -1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- -1/2 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
- -⅓ cup orange juice
- -1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- -1/2” piece peeled fresh ginger
- -3 large handfuls fresh spinach or kale
- -Sliced berries and bananas
- -Chia and hemp seeds
- -Low-sugar granola
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl, and decorate with toppings as you please!
