Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • -1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • -1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • -1/2 cup plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • -⅓ cup orange juice
  • -1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • -1/2” piece peeled fresh ginger
  • -3 large handfuls fresh spinach or kale

Toppings:

  • -Sliced berries and bananas
  • -Chia and hemp seeds
  • -Almonds
  • -Low-sugar granola

Recipe

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.  Pour into a bowl, and decorate with toppings as you please!
