1 tin of black / butter beans
400g Carrots
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Red Onion
10g Fresh Parsley
2 Garlic Cloves
30g Pumpkin Seeds
28g Honey
100g Traditional Feta Cheese
(+200g Pre Cooked Sliced Chicken Breast)
Salt and Pepper Seasoning
