Sweet Potato Hash

USA International Rugby League player Mark Offerdahl served up a meal that he has before & after training or a game. A super-quick (took less than 20 minutes to make in the studio) sweet potato hash (full recipe online here):


  • 2 x Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 x Red Peppers
  • Handful of Spinach leaves
  • Handful of Kale leaves
  • Handful of Almonds
  • Eggs
  • A drizzle of This is Good Oil
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
