20g Nuts
20g Goji Berries
10g Flaxseeds
5g Wheatgrass
2 whole eggs
handful of Blueberries
Real Quality Milk (coconut, almond or goats)

For the pasta:

140g Turkey or Turkey Mince
100g Cooked quality fresh Pasta
1 Bacon Rasher crispy
2 chopped toms
50g Quality mozzarella
